20-yr-old Paco Alcacer scores a hat-trick, including this superb strike for Valencia

Valencia made history by overturning a 3-0 goal deficit from the first leg against in the Europa League against Basel. The Swiss side had taken the lead in their home leg and Valencia knew they had to stump up a miracle to stand any chance.

20-year-old Paco Alcacer was the main man for Valencia as they earned a 3-0 victory in 90 minutes to force extra-time. Valencia then stole the game as Basel had two players sent-off. Paco Alcacer scored a ha-trick over the 120 minutes, while fellow youngster Juan Bernat scored the 5th goal. The pick of the goals though, was Alcacer’s 2nd which put the tie all square on aggregate. Special mention to Eduardo Vargas’ assist as well.
