Infographic: Which is the biggest football stadium in the World?

Have you ever thought about which football stadium is the biggest in the world? We never thought about it until we saw this infographic from Might Goods.

The infographic shows us the top 20 biggest football stadiums in the world and it’s full of surprises.

The biggest surprise is the first and biggest stadium. Who would have expected that the biggest football stadium in world is located in Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea?

If you have asked me earlier, I would probably have guessed that Estadio Azteca in Mexico City was the biggest football stadium in the world (it’s actually a lot smaller than the one in Pyongyang – 150,000 seats vs. 105,064 seats).

And there is not only one stadium there is bigger than Estadio Azteca in Mexico City. Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata in India is also bigger, so all in all Estadio Azteca ends up being the third biggest football stadium in the world (Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata have 120,000 seats).
