Thierry Henry congratulates Cesc Fabregas on Chelsea move

Who would have thought eh? Arsenal supporters were already not pleased with Fabregas for leaving their club, but some understood the decision with a move back to his boyhood club, Barcelona, something you can’t prevent a footballer from doing. But now? With Fabregas’ move to Chelsea confirmed, Arsenal supporters’ anger towards their ex-captain has only grown.

Reports suggested that had Arsenal come in for him, Fabregas would have joined them instead (unconfirmed reports we might add). United fans too remain bewildered at why Van Gaal wasn’t in for him, knowing how frighteningly poor their midfield is. All-round anger then with Fabregas’ move, except Chelsea fans ofcourse.

You’ll find it hard to search for a fan who is wishing Fabregas the best for his future, and understandably so. But ex-Arsenal player, legend, captain, who also left for Barcelona, Thierry Henry, took to Twitter to congratulate the Spaniard, and also show his disappointment that he didn’t return to the Emirates.
