Chiellini responds to Luis Suarez’ apology

Luis Suarez has issued an apology to Giorgio Chiellini for the ‘bite’ incident in the Uruguay – Italy World Cup game. The Italian defender has now responded in a manner that’ll earn him the respect of the entire footballing World and his fellow professionals.

The apology published online by Luis Suarez was ofcourse a formal one stating his actions and his regret of them, with an apology directed to Chiellini and the public with a promise to not perform such an act again (duh!). Chiellini never seemed to show any anger towards Suarez following the incident, and this has just further emphasised that. Full marks to the Italian!
