James Rodriguez has now introduced his own energy drink, for charity

Just how big is James Rodriguez? Big enough to win the Golden Ball award. Big enough to earn a mega move to Real Madrid. Big enough to sell shirts in record time. Big enough to be the new ‘golden boy’ of football. And now big enough to successfully start his own energy drink!

Red Bull what?

While still on his summer break before starting his journey with Real Madrid, James Rodriguez has launched his own line of energy drinks, named 10 Gold. 10 being his shirt number for club and country, gold being a reference to many things including the Colombian team jersey (and class!).

But this isn’t some cheap money-making scheme. ColombiaReports.co have stated that profits from 10 Gold will go to “We Are All Colombia”, a foundation for underprivileged children in the country started by, yes James himself. This picture was posted on Twitter by @tosepower , of how the new drink will look.

Few people can successful start their own branded energy drink, few will do it for charity. Well done James!
