Young German keeper, Marc-André ter Stegen, after months of speculation was finally unveiled by Barcelona, as their new first choice keeper. The youngster comes from Bundesliga club, Borussia Monchengladbach who he played for since he was a young boy, and it showed what it meant to him when he had to leave the club to advance his career.
He now starts a new journey, in between the posts at the Catalan club as they look to recover from a disappointing trophyless season. ter Stegen has a month or two off now to settle into the Iberian country, as he has failed to make it into Germany’s World Cup squad.
