When one of the most recognisable players in World football is in your close proximity, you know you won’t get a better chance to shake his hand, tell him face to face how much you admire him; for some it may just be a dream.
A vine has gone Viral depicting how ‘cold-hearted’ Lionel Messi is. Now, before we jump the gun and join the bandwagon, we’re going to give the benefit of doubt to the Argentine play-maker; presumably he genuinely didn’t see the kid advance and put his hand forward for him. We may not know from the angle we’re seeing, but it certainly breaks your heart to see the reaction of the little kid. He actually broke his line and stepped this way to get a handshake. It’s never cool to leave someone hanging, very embarrassing for the recipient, even more so when it’s a kid.
