The “golden generation” of Belgian football haven’t exactly impressed at the World Cup but they have some how found their way past two of their group opponents, winning both their games and booking their place in the next round of the tournament. They struggled to break down a Russian side led by Fabio Capello but eventually saw substitute Divock Origi score a late goal, earning a 1-0 win. The game was played in front of the royal leader of Belgium (yes they still have a king!), and the national team didn’t waste any time in bombarding King Philippe of Belgium with a series of selfies. It isn’t the first time they’ve done this.
“With the boys & the King!!!”
“Kingselfie!!”
“Kingselfie”
“Selfie with @felli31 and the king of Belgium. Respect”
“Today is a big Day… Just Qualified fr the Next round. I feel Very pleased for all the country @mousadembeleour king support us…”
