The talk this weekend is probably going to center around Chelsea finally ending the title race, and they’ll need a win over Crystal Palace to do so. After that, talk and team selections will probably center around the future, and youth players are often fielded in dead rubber matches. One player who should is Kasey Palmer. The talented U21 player scored this beastie on Thuirsday night against Southampton.
It should interesting to see what Mourinho does make of the upcoming generation of talents at Stamford Bridge. Previously, Chelsea have struggled to integrate their youth players in the first team, but this is something that Mourinho has promised to change. With this sort of ball control, and a shot like that, Kasey Palmer is surely going to be a hard man to ignore for the champions elect! He’s certainly put himself on our Talent Radar too, and we’ll be watching to see him do well.
